30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Final sale items are not eligible for return.
• Personalized or custom orders cannot be returned unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return Email us at support@aurevashop.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's done.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
